MumbaI: Precious metals ease further

Mumbai, Aug 10: Precious metals eased further today with silver by Rs 295 per kg and gold by Rs 45 per ten gm in the opening session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the opening rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade: Rs 17,685, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,765, Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 8,815.
