Acting bug bites Lalu

New Delhi, Aug 10 (UNI) Railway Minister Lalu Prasad today became the latest politician to jump on the Bollywood wagon by asking yesteryear Dreamgirl and Rajya Sabha member Hema Malini to let him share screen space with her in her forthcoming venture.

''She is making a film and I want a role in it,'' said the Rashtriya Janata Dal President, who was having an animated conversation with the nominated member here after casting a vote in the 13th Vice-Presidential polls.

Asked what was the name of the film, Mr Prasad quipped, ''Film ka nam gopniya hai (The name of the film is a well-kept secret).'' Notably, Mr Prasad as Bihar Chief Minister had stated in the past that he would make the roads of Patna as good as the ''cheeks of Hema Malini''.

UNI
