Soyabean meal export declines

Indore, Aug 9(UNI) Export of soyabean meal during July was down at 75,862 MT as against 1,60,692 MT during the same period last year.

Soyabean Processers Association of India Coordinator Rajesh Agrawal said in a statement today that total exports of soyabean meal for April-July 2007 was also down at 4,93,424 MT as against 9,22,190 MT during the same period last year.

Exports during oil year basis (October'06 to July'07 were placed at 32,55,692 MT as compared to 36,71,456 MT during the previous year, he added.
