Precious metals ease

Mumbai, Aug 9 (UNI) Precious metals eased today with silver by Rs five per kg and gold by Rs five per ten gm in the opening session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the opening rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade: Rs 18,050, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,850, Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 8,900.
