College student held for eve-teasing

Kancheepuram, Aug 9 (UNI) Police today arrested a college student on charges of eve-teasing, at Thalambur here.

Police said D Pandian and a couple of his friends teased Kokila, who was also studying in the same college, while she was returning home before slapping her.

A tearful Kokila lodged a complaint with the police following which Pandian was arrested. A search was on for his two friends.
