Adlabs starts FM radio station at Indore
Indore, Aug 9(UNI) Adlabs Films Ltd's 29th FM radio station Big 92.7 began broadcast here today claiming to entertain all generations equally.
Radio's Western Region Director Vidyut Bhandari, while inaugurating the radio station, said all stations earlier started by the group got good response from the people.
He told mediapersons that the group had invested Rs 400 crore on transmission system, structure and licence fee and would become the largest FM radio network after completion of all its phases.
After completion of its second phase, he said, the Big FM's 45 stations will start working. Target was to reach 45 cities, 1,000 towns, 50,000 villages and 20 crore people, he added.
On this occasion, lyricist Swanand Kirkire, Indian Idol Abhijit Sawant and local station head Mr Swanand Purandare were also present.
