2 drowned in Kolhapur flood water

Kolhapur, Aug 9 (UNI) Two persons drowned in flood water in two tehsils of Kolhapur district yesterday.

Police sources said here today that one Ramchandra Sakharam Rabbe (65) in Bhudargad tehsil was swept away yesterday in a flooded rivulet while crossing it.

In another incident, Vishnu Dhondiba Misala (80) in Ajra tehsil was swept away in flooded rivulet, when he was washing buffaloes, police said and added that the bodies were fished out later in the day.
