TTD files criminal case against retired employee

Tirupati, Aug 8 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) authorities today filed a criminal case against a retired TTD employee, while suspending five TTD employees for misappropriating funds to the tune of Rs 5.33 lakh.

The TTD also stopped pension of two retired employees on charges of dereliction of duty.

The criminal case was filed against one Adishashaiah, who was working as an assistant sharb at TTD's Kalyanamandam in Machilipatnam.

The suspended employees were G Krishna Rao, Jagan Mohan Rao, Radhakrishna Reddy, Usha and T Enjaneyulu.

The ex-employees, whose pension stopped, were Chenchu Lakshmi and Goverdhan Reddy.
