Puravankara IPO closes today

Mumbai, Aug 8 (UNI) The IPO offering of Bangalore-based Puravankara Projects closed today.

The offer received bids for Rs 3.92 crore as against an offer of Rs 2.15 crore.

The subscriptions period of the offer was extended for another 5 days, from August 3 till today, due to undersubscription during the period. The price band was also lowered from Rs 500-525 to Rs 400-450 per share.

The issue is 10.5 per cent of the fully diluted post-issued paid- up capital of the company, a release said.

UNI
