Nipuna Services receives first eSourcing Capability Model

Bangalore, Aug 8 (UNI) Nipuna Services, the BPO arm of Satyam group, today announced that it had received the world's first eSourcing Capability Model (eSCM) for service providers.

This highest rating for a BPO was granted by the prestigious IT services qualification centre at Carnegie Mellon University, Nipuna CEO Venkatesh Roddam told newsperons here today.

He said it was a great honour for Nipuna to be recognised as the world's first eSCM level five company. The certification also demonstrated Nipuna's commitment to operational excellence and standard of BPO services delivery.

Nipuna was the country's leading integrated end-to-end outsourcing service provider, which had been offering proven, full service expertise for multiple industries, including telecom, pharmaceuticals, financial services and manufacturing, Mr Venkatesh claimed.

It had main delivery centres in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, besides online delivery teams.
