HP Secretariat becomes diabled friendly

Shimla, Aug 8 (UNI) A special passage had been made at Armsdale building in Himachal Pradesh Secretariat to help disabled people visiting state Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment.

An official spokesman said here today that the physically challenged visitors can enter the building along with their attendant by producing handicapped certificate.

In case of an official visit, they would be allowed inside after telephonic confirmation by the personal staff of Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment, even without an entry pass, he said.
