Govt appoints Kuldeep Goyal as BSNL CMD

New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) The Government today appointed Mr Kuldeep Goyal as Chairman and Managing Director of the state-owned telecom major Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL).

He will serve for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge or till his date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever event occurs earlier.

Mr Goyal had worked as Director (Planning and New Services) on BSNL Board.
