Automobile workshop owners take out procession

Puducherry, Aug 8 (UNI) Members of the Automobile Workshop Owners Welfare Association today took out a procession from the RTO Office to the Legislative Assembly to press their demands.

The agitators submitted a memorandum at the office of the Chief Minister, Labour Minister and Local Administration Minister in this regard.

They were demanding, among other things, provision of loan with subsidy, inclusion of automobile workers in life insurance schemes of the government and in the Labourers Welfare Board.
