Police, Human Rights Commission raids dargah

Hyderabad, Aug 7 (UNI) Police along with Andhra Pradesh Human Rights Commission (APHRC) officials, raided a dargah under Langar House police limits in the city.

Police said the team raided the dargah based on a complaint that some mentally retarded people were fettered in the dargah.

However, nobody was found in the dargah premises.

The team would submit a report on the conditions in the dargah to SHRC Chairman Mr Justice Subhashan Reddy, they said.
