Arrangements complete for MC election in Patiala

Patiala, Aug 7 (UNI) All arrangements have been made for polling in Patiala Municipal election tomorrow, where all polling stations have been declared sensitive by the police.

An official spokesman said here today that 2,56,678 voters would choose 50 municipal councillors from 50 wards.

At least 241 candidates have been in fray. While in most of the places the main fight will be between SAD-BJP combine and Congress, in one or two wards there will be triangular contest.

There will be 186 polling stations in a total of 50 polling booths and 250 electronic machines will be used for tomorrow's polling.
