Four gamblers arrested in Jammu

Jammu, Aug 6 (UNI) Four gamblers were arrested by the border police during a raid near Middle school, R S Pura in Jammu district today, police said.

Acting on a tip-off regarding gambling in the school, a police party raided the premises and caught four gamblers at the site along with money, police said.

A case under the Gambling Act has been registered against Sunil Kumar, Bitoo Gupta, Ashwani Kumar and Sudesh Kumar, all residents of RS Pura and an amount of Rs 1605 was also seized, police added.
