Twenty, including SP MLA, booked for burglary

Lucknow, Aug 5: Samajwadi Party MLA Ateek Ahmad and his 20 aides have been booked for burgling auctioned railways scrap at Badgarh area of Chitrakoot district.

Police today said railways scrap was auctioned on June 26 to one person. Yesterday, associates of the MLA were illegally carrying the scrap in a truck, when they were caught red-handed by the police.

A case has been registered against them and investigation is on.
