The victim had gone out to attend nature's call on the night of July 31 when Brajesh Singh assaulted her.
Later, Brajesh tied her hands and feet and put her beneath the seat of a dumper standing nearby. The girl managed to escape a day later.
However, Brajesh and his friend Rajkumar caught her again and threw her into a nearby well.
The girl did not drown, as there was very little water in the well. She was rescued by some people, passing by the will.
