Bhatal against fee hike in medical colleges

Patiala, Aug 5 (UNI) The Leader of Opposition in Punjab assembly Rajinder Kaur Bhattal today criticised Punjab Government for the proposed hike in MBBS and BDS courses in the private medical colleges under the management quota.

" Though certain important departments were with BJP but decisions of certain issues are either being taken by the chief minister or someone else", she said at a media conference after campaiging for perty in the MC polls.

She said that people of Punjab were fedup with the SAD-BJP government. She said that Congress party was ready to take the government on the streets as well as in the assembly.

Regarding the municipal elections in the four cities, she said that she hoped that Congress party will be able to capture all the four corporations. She alleged use of government machinery by the ruling SAD-BJP combine in the MC polls.
