AP CM asks officials to fulfil their commitments
Nellore, Aug 05 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today asked the officials to ensure that the welfare schemes taken by the Government reach the poor, downtrodden and the toiling masses.
While reviewing the implementation of the developmental schemes in the district with concerned officials, the Chief Miniser asked them to take steps to complete the construction of the houses taken up under the 'INDIRAMMA' housing scheme in the State.
Dr Reddy said the Government had sanctioned Rs 153 crore to solve the drinking water problems in Kavali, Gudur and Venkatagiri municipalities in the district.
Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Panabaka Lakshmi and Union Minister of State for Mines T Subbarami Reddy, were among others, who attended the meeting.
