Pleasant weather prevails in Delhi
New Delhi, Aug 4 (UNI) Pleasant weather continued to prevail in the national capital two days after heavy showers lashed the city maintaining the maximum temperature at 33.5 degrees Celsius, a degree below normal.
Even the minimum stayed at a low of 25.4 degrees Celsius, two degrees normal.
For Delhiites the pleasant weather brought welcome relief from humid and muggy conditions, ushering in a pleasant weekend.
The weather office reported nil rainfall since lastnight after recording 19 mm rainfall till 1730 hrs yesterday.
Predicting a generally cloudy sky with few spells of rainfall or thunderstorm, the weatherman said nevertheless a couple of 'heavy spells' in some parts of Delhi could not be ruled out.
