Heroin worth Rs five lakh seized

Guwahati, Aug 4 (UNI) Police have recovered 950 gram of heroin from Sonarfuli village under Patacharkuchi police station in Lower Asom's Barpeta district.

The Police said the contraband was found in the house of drug-peddler Anu Rabha, who was arrested yesterday.

Rabha said he had bought the contraband for Rs five lakh from Panjabari in Guwahati.
