Girl dies after consuming pesticide accidentally

Anand, Aug 4 (UNI) A 17-year-old girl died today after she consumed pesticide taking it to be a cough-syrup at Mahudiapura near Mehrav town.

Sejalben K Parmar consumed pesticide accidentally in place of a cough-syrup to treat her severe cough and cold, two days ago.

She was rushed to Nadiad hospital where she died today.

Mehrav police have registered a case of accidental death.

UNI
