Digvijay Singh harmed MP most: Gaur

Bhopal, Aug 4 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Industries Minister and former Chief Minister Babulal Gaur today said former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh did most harm to the state during his 10-year-rule.

Mr Gaur, while addressing a 'meet the press' programme here, made the statement while replying to question whether the credit of the BJP's victory during the 2003 assembly elections went to Bharatiya Jan Shakti President Uma Bharti.

''Even Mr Singh's Congress predecessors did not bring so much damage to Madhya Pradesh. Public was angry with him,'' he said.

''Mr Singh is not worthy to be even Congress General Secretary and should take 'vanvas (go in exile)','' Mr Gaur added.
