Cong announces candidates for assembly bypoll

Lucknow, Aug 4 (UNI) Congress today announced the names of two candidates for the coming Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha bypoll.

According to sources here, Rizwan Ali has been nominated from Gunnaur assembly seat in Badaun district.

Vijay Singh has been nominated from Farrukhabad assembly seat.

Their names were approved by Congress president Sonia Gandhi, the sources added.
