Priya Dutt calls on Sonia to discuss Sanjay Dutt

New Delhi, Aug 3: Ms Priya Dutt, Lok Sabha MP and sister of Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, today called on Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

The meeting comes in the wake of the sentencing of Sanjay Dutt to a six-year jail term for illegal possession of arms.

The details of the meeting could not be ascertained immediately.

Talking to reporters after the meeting, Ms Dutt said her first priority was to get bail for her brother, lodged in a Pune jail.

She said she was in touch with lawyers to move the Supreme Court, challenging the TADA court verdict.
