Chrgesheet against executive engineer

Patna, Aug 02 (UNI) Bihar State Vigilance Investigation Bureau today submitted chargesheet against Madan Prasad Srivastava, an executive engineer of National Highway Chhapra division, in a bribery case.

The chrgesheet was submitted by the bureau in the court of vigilance judge of Patna S K Panwar under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act.

According to the chrges, Mr Kumar was arrested by the vigilance sleuths at his official residence at Patna while accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000 from a contractor on June 4, 2007.
