Book on CRM launched
Mumbai, Aug 2 (UNI) A book, entitled ''Customer Relationship Management (CRM)'', authored by Mr Alok Gupta and Ms Chhabi Sinha was recently released by the All India Association of Industries (AIAI) and Young Entrepreneurs' Society (YES).
''This book takes a holistic perspective and integrates all different elements of what it means to implement a CRM practice in a company,'' said CRM guru Prof Jagdish Sheth at the release function.
Alok Gupta, Bharti Airtel vice president (CRM and service delivery integration), said the book demystifies the underlying concepts, tools, processes and strategies for effective customer relationship management.
