Assistant tax commissioner chargesheeted in DA case

Patna, Aug 02 (UNI) Bihar state vigilance investigation bureau today submitted a chargesheet against assistant commissioner(commercial taxes) Anil Kumar in disproportionate assets case.

The chargesheet was submitted in Patna court of vigilance judge S K Panwar under the various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act.

According to the charges, Mr Kumar, who was posted in Shahabad circle in Ara district, had amassed wealth worth more than Rs 67 lakhs disproportionate to his all known sources of income, during 1980 to March 31, 2007.

UNI
