4 Naxals held in Vidarbha

Nagpur, Aug 2 (UNI) Four suspected Naxalites, wanted in connection with various offences, have been arrested from two different places in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, police said today.

Police arrested the three suspected naxalites, identified as Jagga Hanumantu Kulmethe, Vyankati Mara Kulsange and Bapu Pochya Kulsange, from village Motukpalli in Gadchiroli district. The three are wanted for murder of a forest guard, Ashok Lachama Arka, early last month, police said.

Another suspected naxalite, identified as Deorao Mangirwar, was nabbed by police in village Dhanki in Yavatmal district.

Mangirwar was wanted in connection with seizure of some explosives in Nanded district, some days back. police added.
