Suicide car bomb kills 15 in central Baghdad

Baghdad, Aug 1: Fifteen people were killed and 20 wounded in a suicide car bomb attack in the mainly Shi'ite Karrada district of central Baghdad today, police said.

Police had originally put the death toll at four. The bomb in a four-wheel drive vehicle went off in a bustling commercial area full of electronics stores and near a popular ice-cream shop.
