UP: SP leader's brother held under Gangster Act

Siddharthnagar, Aug 1: Former Samajwadi Party Sant Kabirnagar district Unit president's brother and his two accomplice were held in a raid at Ghanghta area of Sant Kabirnagar under the Gangster Act late last night, police said today.

Former SP president Ramvriksh Yadav's brother Rampujan Yadav, Subhash Yadav and Ram Milan were arrested at Kanchanpur village.

According to sources, the accused were booked under Gangster Act for their involvement in criminal activities, but they were arrested and sent to jail after failing to produce themselves in the court.
