Indian Oil Corporation Ltd appoints new directors

New Delhi, Aug 1: Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) today said it has named Indira J Parikh as an Independent Director with effect from July 30, 2007.

The Board of Directors of the company also gave approval for the appointment of Anand Kumar as Director (Research and Development) with effect from July 31, 2007 and P K Chakraborti as Director (Pipelines) with effect from August 1, 2007.
