Sikkim's first Chief Minister passes away

Gangtok, July 29: The first Chief Minister of Sikkim Kazi Lhendup Dorzi Khang Sepra passed away at his Kalingpong, Darjeeling residence last night. He was 103.

The founder member of democratic movement in Sikkim, Sepra was sworn-in as the first chief minister on July 23, 1974.
