Rainfall continues in Manipur

Imphal, Jul 29: Rainfall continued today in Manipur, however, only about 4 mm of rainfall was recorded during the last 24 hours.

Irrigation and Flood Control officials said the Imphal, Nambul, Iril rivers at the Manipur valley were all flowing below the danger level.

However, if rainfall continues unabated at the catchment areas the water levels may increase.

The minimum temperature was about 20.9 degrees Celsius while the maximum was 27.5 degrees Celsius.

The humidity was about 87 per cent.
