HM orders inquiry into cops involvement in firing

Hyderabad, July 29 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Home Minister K Jana Reddy today ordered a preliminary inquiry into the 'involvement' of the Circle Inspector and the Sub-Inspector of Mudigonda in Khammam district, where six people were killed in police firing yesterday.

The government had already suspended the Additional Superintendent of Police M Ramesh Babu and transferred the District Superintendent of Police R K Meena.
