Shriram City Union Finance records 67.90 per cent surge in Q1

Kolkata, Jul 27 (UNI) Shriram City Union Finance Limited, the retail asset arm of the Chennai-based Shriram group, has recorded a 67.90 per cent surge in its net profit at Rs 17.31 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.31 crore in the last year.

The financial result, which were announced today, also showed that the revenues for the quarter shot up by 106 per cent at Rs 129.58 crore from Rs 62.90 crore.

The company had disbursed Rs 758.69 crore during the first quarter.
