Lawyers boycott court proceedings to protest against assault

Hubli, July 27 (UNI) Members of Hubli bar association here today boycotted court proceedings protesting against alleged assault by police on a lawyer at Kundgol in Dharwad district yesterday.

They also submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister and Home Minister through a Tahsildar demanding action against the erring police officials.
