Jessica Lal case: HC will wait for SC verdict

New Delhi, July 27: The Delhi High Court today decided to wait for the Supreme Court verdict before hearing the case against hostile witnesses in the Jessica Lall murder case.

The final hearing on the appeal is listed in the Supreme Court for August 7. The Division Bench of RS Sodhi and PK Bhasin said they would hear the matter on September 14.

It may be added here that the bench had taken suo motu cognizance against 32 hostile witnesses including model-turned-actor Shyan Munshi for changing their statements in the case.
