BMC students to get raincoats, umbrellas late by three weeks

Mumbai, July 27 (UNI) The students of BMC-run schools in Mumbai will have to wait another three weeks to receive raincoats and umbrellas as promised by the civic body.

Additional Municipal Commissioner (Health), Kishore Gajbeye told reporters that the delivery of the raincoats and umbrellas for the students has been delayed because of some hitches in the delivery of the goods.

The BMC administration had decided to give 26 items to the students studying in the civic-run schools as an incentive to attract them to the schools UNI JN KU SKB2009
