3 killed over land dispute in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, July 27 (UNI) Some unidentified armed miscreants shot dead three people in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh.

Police today said the trio were murdered while they were returning after a court hearing in Sadabad area yesterday.

Land dispute is said to be the reason behind the killings.

The deceased were identified as Malkhan Singh, Ram Singh and Pappu of Ratigava village.

Investigations were underway.
