Electrosteel board approves share warrant issue to promoters

Kolkata, Jul 24(UNI) The Electrosteel Castings Limited board has approved the proposal to issue up to 26 lakh share warrants to its promoters.

A company release today said the issue price would be determined in accordance to the SEBI (Investors&Protection) Guidelines 2000.

The issue has been approved by the shareholders, it said.
