Chavan demands CID inquiry against MHADA vice chairman

Mumbai, July 24 (UNI) BJP MLC Madhu Chavan today demanded a CID inquiry into all the TDR transactions done by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) vice chairman I S Chahal.

Mr Chavan made this demand while participating in the discussion on the supplementary demands of the Finance deprtment.

Mr Chavan alleged that Mr Chahal used the TDR for construction of buildings for Higher Income Group, when it was actually reserved for Low and Middle income groups.
