Uma's hunger strike for Ram Setu
Ayodhya, July 23 (UNI) Bhartiya Janshakti Party president and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti will go ona hunger strike tomorrow against the demolition of Rameshwaram's Ram Setu for the Setu Samudram project.
The former chief minister will stage the demonstration through a hunger strike after offering prayers at 'Hanumangarhi' and controversial Ram Janmabhumi, Digambar Akhada Mahant Suresh Das today told UNI.
The strike would continue from July 24 to 30.
In order to save the Sri Ram Setu, the party would initiate a nationwide agitation and pioneer the cause by marching from Rameshwaram to Ayodhya tomorrow.
