Rain at many places over Telangana

Hyderabad, July 23 (UNI) Rain occured at many places over Telangana and at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

According to the weather office here today, isolated rain occurred over Rayalaseema. Miryalguda in Nalgonda district recorded heavy rainfall of 7 cm.

The other chief amounts of rainfall recorded in cm were Atchampet 6, Rentachintala, Huzurabad, Koyyalagudem and Nagarkurnool 5 each, Hanamakonda, Mahabubnagar, Nandigama, Nizamabad and Vinjamur 4 each.

The weather office predicted moderate to rather heavy rain or thundershowers at many places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers were likely to occur at a few places over Telangana and Rayalaseema.
