PM host dinner for Kalam, Pratibha

New Delhi, July 23 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today hosted a dinner for outgoing President A P J Abdul Kalam and President- elect Pritabha Patil.

The function was held at Hyderabad House, official sources said.

Before the dinner, Dr Kalam was accorded a farewell by Parliament members at a function at the Central Hall of Parliament.

Yesterday, Dr Kalam had held a farewell party at Rashtrapati Bhavan for Dr Singh and other political leaders.
