Jail birds on agitation in Bihar

Barh, Jul 23 (UNI) Prisoners of the sub-divisional jail launched an agitation against the jail administration in protest against the reported death of an inmate today.

The police said here that the prisoners locked their wards from inside and started shouting slogans against the jail administration.

In order to control the inmates, the authorities had deployed the local police and special auxillary police in the jail premises,the sources added.
