Pondy: DMDK activists stage demo

Puducherry, July 23: The Desiya Murpokku Dravidar Kazhagam (DMDK) activists today staged demonstrations infront of the private medical colleges in Puducherry and Karaikal regions here to press for their demands.

The agitators demanded, among other things, the provision of 50 per cent seats for the government through the Centralised Admission Committee.

The agitators were also observing a day's fast.
