Dabur India posts net profit at Rs 54.06 crore
New Delhi, July 23: Dabur India Ltd today said the net profit of the company rose by 17.93 per cent at Rs 54.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 45.84 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The total income also increased to Rs 451.04 crore during Q1FY07 from Rs 393.05 crore in Q1FY06, a press release said.
The Group has posted a net profit after minority interest of Rs 62.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as against Rs 48.22 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
The company has appointed Mr Anand C Burman as the Non Executive Chairman and Mr Amit Burman as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
Besides, Mr Mohit Burman has been named as Additional Director of the company.
