Gory video images decoded from Kafeel's hard disk
Hyderabad, July 22: Experts at the Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory (APFSL) have detected ''violent video images'' in the computer hard disks of Kafeel Ahmed, the engineer accused in the failed car-bomb attack on the Glasgow Airport terminal.
Highly-placed sources in the APFSL said some ''gory videos'' with Arabic commentary allegedly featuring Al-Quaeda leaders were cracked from one of 120 GB hard discs. Besides the violent videos, it contained video footages of a captured soldier being tortured by a group of masked terrorists.
The FSL experts also decoded images from the hard disk of Sabeel Ahmed, also accused in the attack, in which a Russian soldier was shown being tortured with knives by Chechan terrorists. There were some pictures showing armed men trying to behead a soldier.
The other CDs and a mobile phone used by Kafeel were under scrutiny at the APFSL, souces added.
The hard disks was earlier seized from his Bangalore residence.
